Our individually responsive programs are the key to our proven success on both corporate and industrial sites across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. By providing a responsive one on one consultation environment, we can identify each employee’s own lifestyle, physical, and mental health challenges and provide personalised support and expertise.

What a responsive consultation might look like

Depending on the individuals current need, the consultation will focus more intently on that area. For example, an employee may be looking to lose weight, but the immediate issue may be that they are not getting the right sleep they need. They may be feeling tired and apathetic, which may be as a result of any number of issues such as mental health, poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, or quality sleep. Our responsive process enables us the opportunity to identify the immediate need, and positively assist an outcome that in turn works towards the overall objective of the program.
